Thanks, No thanks???????????????

Since the switch over I've thanked a few posts, but when I go back to the thread later my thanks is gone. Also, I think I have gotten a thanks or two, but have no idea of the who or why. Is there a way to see who I have given and recieved thanks from? Thanks.

I reset all the counters for the "Thank You" feature. Let me know if it still is not working right.

I gave "Thanks" to Bubblehide and ltdan in the Blacktail vs. Whitetail thread this morning. I think their counters went up, but my thanks doesn't appear in the thread.

Also in my User Settings, my last thanks given (detail) that is showing is from January. I'm sure my counter has gone up since then.

I think these things were what CS was looking for.

Still working on this. Thanks post count is going up now but the person who thanked you at the bottom of post is disappearing. Working on that bit now.

Thanks Jesse, BTW I have also noticed that there are a lot of repeat words at the end of a sentence. It doesn't show when you do a preview but then when you go to publish there it is. Could that be a code issue between using a Mac and/or a PC?

Kevin, please make a separate post about what you are seeing. What browser and PC or Mac etc. so that we can see if others are having the same issue. I haven't seen or heard anything like what you describe yet.

No good news on the Thank You mod. I've tried everything I know and the mod is no longer supported in the vb support forum. The Thanks does get added to the member's count, your name just doesn't show up under the post you thanked.

I'll keep checking to see if the coder person who wrote the mod comes back to support the mod. It may be a rabbit hole though for our time.
