Benelli USA Seeking Key Accounts Manager (KAM)

Benelli USA is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Key Accounts Manager.

The Key Accounts Manager (KAM) is responsible for pro-actively managing all aspects of Benelli USA sales and marketing efforts for National Chain Accounts (NCAs). The KAM must rely on experience and judgment to develop sales and marketing strategy to increase sales and distribution in NCAs, manage and control NCA inventory levels through effective sales planning, communication, and forecasting along with monitoring all NCA purchase orders. KAM will work with the product management team to ensure the timely receipt, shipping and quality of all applicable products, parts and/or accessories for NCAs. KAM will develop and administer NCA sales training for agency sales representatives and will develop and administer dealer training, collateral material, POS, sales events, etc for NCAs. The position is responsible for research and development of new products, while remaining current with market needs and industry trends, related to NCAs. Other duties include assisting Director of Sales in the development of the annual budget and formulation of annual sales goals with respect to NCAs, monitor expenses in accordance with the annual budget for NCAs, communicate NCA goals and objectives to sales force, prepare and present sales objectives, goals and results to various levels of management and prepare and analyze various monthly and year-end reports.

Strong Management experience required. Bachelor's degree in related field, or Associate degree with comparable work experience. Prefer 5-7 years management experience. Computer proficiency with Microsoft office. Ability to travel is a must.
