Beretta, a world-renowned firearms manufacturer, is seeking qualified candidates for Marketing Manager - Shotguns.
The Marketing Manger will develop sales and marketing strategies to increase sales and profitability, gain market share and guarantee brand positioning within the industry. Conduct marketplace analysis focusing on brand's direct competition. Research and develop new pricing policies, creates quarterly analysis of market share compared with competitors, support and create market strategies and take the lead in coordinating and executing product launches. Prepare and analyze month and year-end reports in the formulation of annual sales goals and development of the annual budget. Develop and conduct training for internal staff, field sales force and Dealers/Distributors. Manage and control inventory levels through effective sales planning and forecasting. Collect, analyze and report product feedback from sales representatives. Collect and analyze market information, including competitor data, to report, develop and submit to Product Development.
Strong brand-management experience required. Experience working in the outdoors or firearms industry strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or Associate degree with comparable work experience. Prefer 5-7 years marketing/brand management experience. Shotgun product knowledge highly desirable. Computer proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint. Ability to travel to represent Beretta U.S.A. at trade shows and industry functions.
