not too far just up on a high bank and only when the water is real clear it give little advantage.

that was one of my fishing buddie's and me's bestday of trout fishing we ever had, by 1:30 in the afternoon we had a total of 44 lb's of trout with just 6 fish, 3 each and they were all between 6-15 lb's all granda'a!

i still kick my self in the head that we left early that day, we still had 2 more fish ea. to catch to limit out, but it was kind of warm and we wanted to get the fish home and processed it doesnt take trout long at all to spoil in the water if it gets warm.

i post a couple photo's of the trout we caught that day for u.....tra

socalhuntr, i was pulling G.D leg about glassing for the fish, when i go fishing i gear up the sme almost as if i was going bowhunting or something, so i always have binos to pass the time by looking at the mountian range, watching Osprey's and most of all see what other fisherman are catching on the other side of the lake of course. ha! ha!

i post u a nice photo of the lake i get these babies from, i share my secret spot i call>(MONSTER COVE) , or as some lousy fisherman refer to as the Mud Hole...................tra

TRA- Its good to see there a few people left around here with a sense of humor!

I don't like going anywhere without the binos, congrats on the great day of fishing!
