We're all too familiar with this in SoCal. One of the ranges I use is shut down over this same issue.

Two of the outdoor ranges in Ohio have had to make "improvements" due to safety concerns. The part that seems odd is that the complaints are coming in at the same time. One of the ranges is public and the other is a private club range. The public range hasn't been able to open for over 6 months and the private club (I'm a member) was closed for 2 months.
Both had complaints of bullets in the neighboring yards.
