Headed back to Southern S.D.with my boy to chase a big buck I've seen and missed the last two years. Any body else headed back there?

I really should be. They have such a good tag system for juniors. $10 for a non resident deer tag, valid statewide with a looong season. I can't afford a guide and don't know any landowners there.

alot of local landowners will give you permission to hunt(around us they do) just get there a few days early and do some asking around, The local cafe that all the farmers go to in morning (for coffee) is a "good" place to start.

I was up near Hecla last year at Bruns Farms. I hope you had as much fun as we did!
