    Put him behind bars for life... better yet, throw him in a cage behind bars with 11 hungry bears.

    You do what you can do. It is amazing how many convicted felons get caught hunting with a firearm. Or people with bans or suspensions getting caught. Unfortunately with the budget issues a lot of criminals are getting early releases. As bad as this oine is, he's considered small potatoes compared to rapists and murderers.
    Judge Gideon J. Tucker, wrote in a 1866 ruling that "No man's life, liberty, or property are safe while the legislature is in session."
