    Default Healthy little fella

    New property I am hunting. The deer sure looks a lot healthier here. how old do you think this guy is? 1.5 to 2 years? Also, will his antlers grow any more this year? Or, are they about done growing?

    kind of hard to tell from that pic but if you look at the end of the antlers if they are shiny and have a bit of a bulb on them they will continue to grow. Once they lose the shine and come to more of a point they are done. It might add more tine length but the width and mass on that deer are done now. My GUESS is 1 1/2 years old this fall. What part of the country are you in?
