    I remember the H.L. Leonard Rod Company when it was located in Central Valley,NY. In the late 1950's I had a summer job with the USDA doing gypsy moth trapping surveys at that time one of their rods cost $200 but it was impossibe to make the purchase.Now the company is in Texas with rods at $2700.
