We listed one of our pieces of property last week, with a Realtor. It's in a nice location, about 3 miles outside of Thermopolis Wyoming. It's a 1/3 of an acre with a house and garage and a few small shed, but that's not what makes it attractive. What makes it attractive is the location. It's 2.5 hours from Yellowstone, a couple miles form the Big Horn river, about 15 miles from the Wind River (both great Trout fishing), and Boysen State resevoir (great Walleye fishing). I've taken Elk, Moose, Mule Deer, and Whitetail all within an hour of the place, so i know it has great hunting close by. And Thermopolis is the worlds largest mineral hot springs, nice pools to soakin and play in.

Here's the Realtor we listed it with: http://www.roundtoprealestate.net/ The Address is 328 Red Lane.

    Default How much?

Just curious how much a property like this would go for in Wyoming.
Summer had reduced the river's flow to a sluggish current. It was well within the banks carved by spring melts, the shallow water running crystal clear. But it was water- life-giving, life-sustaining water. This Calder Range by Janet Dailye

Sorry it took me so long to reply to this, after I sold the place I kinda forgot about all the adds. It sold for around $35,000.00.
