Paul Scholz and I are planning to put together a Hunter Ed class at the Compton Hunting and Fishing club (located next to the Long Beach and Riverside Fwy interchange) sometime in May. Not sure of exactly what days/nights, but we're thinkin maybe a Friday evening class for 4 hours, then a Saturday or Sunday class to finish off the 10 hour course. Or, it might be 2 weeknights over 2 weeks. I gotta check the club schedule and see what they have available, then get their blessing at the next board meeting in March.
Anyway, this is just a heads up so that if any of your family or friends are interested, lemme know. We try to keep the class sizes down (25 people max), first sign up, first served.
More to come later on the exact dates and times. In the meantime, those who are interested I'll be happy to get manuals to you ahead of time, just email me at Freedivr2@aol.com
OK, we're on. The date for our next class are May 16th from 6-10pm and May 17th from 8am to 3pm. Compton Hunting and Fishing club, 1625 Sportsmans drive, Compton, Ca. Cost is zilcho, free, nada...........cause the best things in life ARE free.
