    It's a hell of a deal to get a moose, sheep, brown bear and caribou wthout having to hire a guide. And the who was fined only got a 5 yr probation.
    Judge Gideon J. Tucker, wrote in a 1866 ruling that "No man's life, liberty, or property are safe while the legislature is in session."
