He paid with Paypal using a credit card, left positive feedback saying he liked the turkey choke and 4 1/2 months later he did a chargeback claiming late shipping. We had delivery confirmation proof but as usual, CC company sided with their customer.

Our only recourse is mail fraud complaint and see what USPS says.

Caveat emptor with Craig.

To protect yourself as a seller under Paypal's Seller Protection you must ship in 7 days to a confirmed address and have delivery confirmation.
