Anyone seen "The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada"? I call it a modern day lonesome dove. Tommy lee Jones, Dwight Yokum. Didn't get much press but I thought was a good movie.

    Tombstone is all good lines.
Open range and high Noon, and lonesome dove and just Brad Pit's Jessie James. Awesome. Really Awesome. The Aflic kid was just great. I think he should have won the best actors award. Didnt like No country all that much. Of course it was Tommy Lee Jones, but the movie wasnt all that great.

    Just saw Monte Walsh.
    It was ok.
Summer had reduced the river's flow to a sluggish current. It was well within the banks carved by spring melts, the shallow water running crystal clear. But it was water- life-giving, life-sustaining water. This Calder Range by Janet Dailye

    Howdy All,
I may have missed it , but I didn't see it mentioned "Stagecoach" with the Duke. A few others that I liked that I didn't see mentioned. Quigly Down Under, Support Your Local Sheriff and Shanghi Knights.
