    Whats the deal with the fences around a lot of the feeder pictures?

    The fences keep the wild hogs out of the feed area, and saves the feeder from being torn up by the hogs. They are not 100 % full proof, but they work well.

    Great looking bucks allan. Have you been able to sit in the stand much this year? Hope you can connect on one, the rut should be kicking in for you about now.

    Cody, the fences keep out livestock and pigs. Deer will hop the fence to feed. A group of pigs can clean out a feed area pretty quick and turn over feeders.

    Nice buck, cool pics. I'd say 135 to low 140" buck.

    No I really havent had much time in the stand this rear Lan lord. And yes your right the rut is beginning to kick off here. I plan to hunt through next Thursday. I hope to see this guy during that time.

    do you hunt over that feeder? I just wonder how great of a tactic it would be.
