Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficient in SolidWorks.
• Familiar with 3D assemblies, 2D drawings, bills of material, CNC machining, plastic injection molding, die casting, etc.
• Experience designing and manufacturing consumer products.
• Personal interest in the shooting sports industry.

Salary: Based on level of experience.

TRUGLO, Inc. - Regional Sales Manager

TRUGLO, Inc., a leading manufacturer of archery and firearm accessories, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager in North/Central and Northeast states.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales and customer relations for TRUGLO, APEX GEAR and FIRSTSTRING brand product lines working directly for the manufacturer.

The position is responsible for increasing sales, maintaining current business and building a positive company to customer relationship.

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
• 8 to 10 years experience as a Regional Sales Manager in the Archery and/or Firearms industry.
• Experience within the Northeast area preferred but not required.
• Proven track record of effectively managing outside sales reps.
• Must be a team player.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Positive attitude with external as well as internal customers.
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Must be able to travel 75% of the time in the territory and attend industry trade shows.

Salary: Based on level of experience.
