Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic high energy Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our internal Sales & Marketing team as well as our external field sales force. The positions primary function is to coordinate/implement sales & marketing department projects. The individual must possess the ability to execute tasks on time and willingness to learn and understand the different business segments that make up the shooting sports industry.

Principle Duties:

* Marketing Function
o Lead all planning and coordination of activities with the marketing team for industry trade events, catalog, and price lists.
o Coordinate the design, layout, and approval of new product packaging.
o Write and communicate all marketing and new product press releases.
o Develop and maintain PowerPoint presentations to be used at writer events, customer training events, and sales meetings.
o Maintain up to date photo library of line art, product photo's, logos and other media art.
o Work directly with the new products team to execute new product rollouts.
o Lead scheduled marketing meetings in regards to planning, implementation, concept, and branding.
* Sales Function
o Updating sales order writer program and communicating to sales team for dealer and distributor trade shows.
o Printing and distributing sales programs, show special programs, and sell sheets.
o Update sales reports to track individual rep sales performance and communicating the information to the field semi-monthly.
o Tracking and reporting of buying group sales performance by account and total group performance.
o Attend required shooting and training events as Traditions Performance Firearms representative.
o Travel with outside sales reps and make sales calls when needed.
o Work closely with the internal sales team to coordinate timelines that will result in effective execution of new products and sales programs.

Requirements:

* Ability to professionally represent Traditions Performance Firearms.
* Highly motivated to work independently under deadlines and be held accountable for results.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* 2+ Years experience in marketing, advertising, sales, and graphics strongly preferred.
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
* Bachelors degree in Marketing and/or Sales preferred
