WASHINGTON (AP) - Federal employees wasted at least $146 million over a one-year period on business- or first-class airline tickets, breaking the rules in some cases simply because they felt entitled to the perk, congressional investigators say.
A draft report by the Government Accountability Office, obtained Tuesday by The Associated Press, is the first to examine travel abuse across the federal government following reports of extensive misuse of premium-class travel by Pentagon and State Department employees.

Don't take things so personal, you well know that if I am directing a comment at someone I preface it with their name. It was a political comment in general. Had their been a Democrat in office, I would have said "Blame it on (said Democrat) and his party."

No chuam, there is plenty of blame to spread around for all those underworked overpaid slobs.
Now, if only the legislature would do something productive with their time, like balance the budget on time, cut spending, secure the borders and send the ILLEGALS back, cut taxes on the middle income easrners, cut social handouts, mandate a national ID card, and last but not least stop the wasteful travel jaunts...

Seeing as how the overwhelming majority of fed employees are Dems. You could make a statistical assumption that the bulk of the waste is being done by them.
