I personaly have backed up game wardens numerous times. However I am Border Patrol, and it just so happens both BP and F&G work remote areas. Usually BP are the only ones available. In turn they have backed me up also. Of course, in remote areas it is basically a LEO sin to drive past a single LEO on a vehicle stop.
As far as protocal, I am not aware of a written protocal that we are dispatched to a scene, however we recieve calls almost daily to assist other agencies.
