Manitoba is one of the top producers of big bears, both in body size and skull size. Big boars that weigh 450 pounds in the spring and 550-600 in the fall are not that unusual and a good number of B&C bears are taken every year. To top it off, between 30 and 40 percent of the bears are colored. The secret to killing a big bear is to wait and not kill the first bear that comes in.
On these hunts you will stay at a beautiful lodge on a big lake with world class walleye and northern pike. The hunts include super meals, experienced guides, transportation during the hunt, airport pick-up, care of your trophy, fishing, great scenery and some quality time in remote country.
The 2010 hunts are 5 days and $3000 US per person, all-inclusive. The hunt price includes all taxes, bear licence and your fishing licence. It does not get any better than that.
