Magellan Triton Series (Handheld GPS)

Good news from Magellan, they finally decided to come up with a new GPS. I'm a three year Meridian Gold user, and have been hoping that Magellan would come up with something other than the Explorist line.

That's great news.
I've got a Magellan Meridian Platinum and use it with Nat Geo Topo, but can't actually put the maps in the unit.

Not much detail on the website about the unit yet. We'll have to see what comes up.
Probably have to buy more software, too. Ugh more $

Looks to be about the same size as a Meridian.

I've seen an ad for Bushnell? I think that also has satellite weather via XM.

I've been drifting to getting a Garmin next; will have to watch all the new developments.
