Geocoding is not an exact science. ######Depending on the direction the street centerline was created, the address found could be at the opposite end of where it actually is. ######Also, gecoding assumes address are spaced at an equal interval. ######For example, a line has an address range of 1-100 and you ask to find 50. ######Geocoding will place the location at midway along the line when the adress actually might not be equal distances between road intersections. ######This is particularly true of rural areas.
