I see that alot of game cams can also take short video 10-15 second clips as well as still pictures. My ?? is when using this mode is the video full motion or does it have that delay blinking video look? Next ??? is can these video clips be download to the computar from the media card alone in the card reader and watched and saved on the computar for later watching? Thanks for any help I have been meaning to try this video feature but just have not had the time to test it out plus all my trail cams are in the woods at this time.

The video is small jerky and for the most part stinks. At least with p41 and D380's

IMO!!!!

I agree that the video mode from the still frame cams leaves alot to be desired. They'r very small sizewise and kinda. I decided to go and build a dedicated video unit. The cost is less than a P41 based trail cam and the captured video's are very good.

Maybe im crazy, but i have my P41 set out to take video as of today to prove you guys wrong. I have it set on the best quality video, 15 sec at a time, and its not jerky at all. Its pretty decent quality video.

You will have to link some video from the p41 for us to check out. I need to try some myself but it willl be a few weeks I just set all my digital trail cams out on a distant hunting lease.Hopefully when I check them in two weeks they will be full of pics.
