The last couple times that I have tried to get into the chat room, I get the following:

Connecting to server...
Error connecting. Please try again.
Logging in. Please wait....

And I wait, and wait and nothing ever happens.

It's a java chat Bigdog so you have to have java enabled on your puter. You also need a fairly decent connection, a slow dial up isn't going to work.

Have you connected to the chat before okay on that puter before?

I have, but not in a while. Did change it recently? I am pretty sure Java is enabled on the puter.

We changed to a java chat 6 or 7 months back.
