Our board software doesn't directly support video uploads. The only way I can suggest would be to load it on YouTube and then link to it, or load it on a host site like CowboyCS does. Then link to that.
D3, I added the video file formats of .mov, .avi. .wmv and .flv so you can attach them directly from your hard drive now. There is a 4 meg limit for upload for these videos files so it's going to have to be a short video.
