Mark Osterholt (aka Wayne Rommel) from Internet Concepts is the person who Rocky is referring to who used to own Hunt Chat, Angler Chat and Hunting Pictures .com Hunt chat is now owned by Pete Peters. Mark O. also runs MyFishingPictures.com, Anglerchat, Cupidfish, Hunt Report and MyHuntingPictures.com
As Rocky points out, Mark is a well known spammer and has had his websites shut down for spamming before.

http://www.spamcop.com/ to help get rid of these weasels.
This is also one good reason NOT to store your pics on somebody else's server. Yahoo tried to swipe copyrighted photos a few years back when they took over Geocities and now this guy is pulling the same thing. If you have pics on this guy's website YOU own the copyright unless you signed a release for him to use your pics. If you want you pics removed you may have to sue him. Contact a lawyer to see what you can do and what rights you have in your state.
