Last name is Fien....pronounced like Fiend but without the "D". Whole life have had every possible word put with "fiend" as a reference to my last name. My cousin is my huntin' partner, and when anyone would see us they would say "there's those huntin' FienS" Then that evolved to Huntin FienDs.
So I AM the Huntinfiend.

I believe Hemingway said something like "There is no hunting , like the hunting of man, and once you have , you never will do anything else" or something like that ... That is my day job...the hunting of man......crooks I mean. My other nickname is "Red Dog" got that when I was on patrol in Lynwood Ca. I used the nme red dog leader over the radio an it stuck........

Mine's self-applied, and as it sounds, refers to my mystical inability to knock down a danged specklebelly, even at 20 yards and wings set square on.
Haven't had a good chance to try to change it this year, although I did finally knock down a big, fat honker in the salt ponds. Any specks down in Mendota yet?

Spotty is the name my kids gave to a 9 point buck I took several years ago. The kids name every deer I bring home. The buck was 3 1/2 years old and dressed 170 pounds so he had no spots. I don't know where they got "spotty" but it stuck.

I enjoy going fishing two or three times a year up in Bishop Creek and some of the upper lakes above South or Sabrina. ######
In the past 10 or so years I've never caught a Trout ######over 2lbs. ######Caught plenty of up there but no real bigones yet. ######
Hence: "bigtrout"and of Course My Last Name: "Bane"
I would like to be the bane of one of those alpers though.

I got nailed by a drunk and totaled my '73 Bronco. Got a new F-150 and checked out the DMV site for a personalized plate. I was going to try for something to do with hogs but couldn't come up with anything. All combos with duck, duk, deer, etc were taken. QAL just happened to be free. I even met a few neighbors because of the plate.

When I was in the USAF I grew very fond of the AC-130 Spectre gunships that flew close air support over us. The Ghostriders (AC-130s), were the angels on our wings.
17 has been my number on my ice hockey jersey since high school.
Here is a pic of some noseart from one of the gunships.

I was anointed King of the Royal Knights of Chilly Willy in 1968 as the Chilly Willy Fan Club was being formed. ###### Ours is a close-knit secret society that has performed many good works over these many years we have been in existence.
Among the things that we are most proud of are:
-Our flawless police records (never been caught at anything)
-Our aluminum recycling program, Drain-A-Bud, in which we to date have returned over 653,400 pounds of aluminum back to the recyclers.
-Our sponsorship of hunting trips for disadvantaged St. Louis hooligans.
Although being King for life is a strenuous and sometimes trying position, I have held up as well as any one man could throughout my reign. There have been some sleepless nights in which I had to deflower as many as eighteen young nubile maidens an evening. ######My staunch participation in the Drain-A-Bud program was a godsend during those difficult nights.
The heavy mantle of being not only a King, but also a man and a legend to my many legions of admirers has been difficult, but hey, who wouldn’t want to be King?

It used to be The Flying Coyote, because I have my private pilot's license and because coyotes are my favorite animal (so adaptable and smart).
If I weren't a Christian, I'd probably say coyotes are my spirit guide, or I was a coyote in a past life, or something like that. (Don't worry, coyote hunters; I'm not against coyote hunting. I'd blast one myself if given the opportunity.)
It got shortened to T. F. Coyote because it sounded more like a real person (initials and last name). I guess it's sort of a Jonathan Livingston Seagull thing.
You can call my Andy if you like.

well... "fletch"comes from my dad and my hunting buds. It's what they say to me after they've tore up their arrows and they need me to fix them up again.
I guess thats what I get being cheaper than the nearest archery pro shop.

While in high shool in the early 70's, I reversed the springs on my 1960 Willeys pickup. I grew up in central CA farm land and there where a lot of lowriders. A vehicle this high was rare in those days, it was a great hunting rig, not much could stop it. CB's were popular and my friends gave me the handle. I had a couple other tall rigs a ford and a chevy later on, but now I like'em a little closer to ground.

Back in the 70s when most of my family and friends were listening to mainstream country music I was into Waylon, Willie, and Billy Joe Shaver. The outlaw stuff. Don't know what 23 represents, it just fit

I adopted mine from my Grandfather. His name was actually Leon ....with emphasis on the E..not the O. ######I guess you would pronounce it (Lee-un). But all of his buddies called him "Zeke". I wanted to name my son Zeke..but you know how women are over their childs name...it was a losing battle ######lol ###### ###### Z
