Circle K coffee every morning. Thirty minute drive to work. Then, with the help of a Cabelas magazine, it's time to take care of the morning business!

Black, no flavors and if a horseshoe will stand up in it, it's just about right.

Seattle's best, black. Most other coffee leaves a bitter after-taste or gives me heartburn.

I see that this original post is a little old, but it seems to be regaining popularity, just like the horrible throw backs of the Broncos, HAHA. I like my coffee black and strong. I tend to make my coffee like an old cowboy I knew, he knew the coffee was done when he threw a horseshoe in the pot and if it stood up, IT WAS DONE BOYS! I used to drink a pot a day, now its about 2-3 cups a day, unless I am hunting with my best friend who drinks so much coffee he pees double shots. (hunting I usually drink a pot)

Cream. No sugar. I prefer a bold coffee.

I drink a cup on the say to work.

I take a thermos to get me through the rest of the day.

I usually go black with a 1/4 cup of Coffemate Hazelnut Creamer. My favorite coffee is course ground Columbia Supremo steeped in a French Press for ten minutes. Once you try coffee where no paper filters are involved, and water has more time to extract the coffee flavor, you'll see what i'm talking about.

I roast mine at home. I get the green coffee for about half the price you'll pay for roasted beans.

Nothing like fresh roasted. The difference? It's as different as fish sticks are from freshly caught fish. It's that good.

Straight up black for me, thanks.

If Im heading out for an early hunt, I usually take it in my lap.

Otherwise, I like it like Mr Wolf in Pulp Fiction, "Lotsa cream, lotsa sugar"

if it's that good through a French Press then why flavor it with coffeemate, sorry, just thinkin out loud. melita at home or in camp always black and strong. my buddy scolded me at camp one time for not bringing sugar ( I'm camp cook, w/kitchen,et all) and my reply was "why ruin good coffee with flavors, maybe you should drink tea or something else".
Petes Major dickinson black, hot, strong .

If you directed this towards me, I don't use creamer when the coffee was made in a French Press. It tasted so good it didn't need anything else. Now when I run it through a paper filter, and remove all the flavonoids, I add creamer.

OFTEN!!!

I like it with cream and fake sugar - I hate drinking sugar!!

BTW, Starbucks is awful. They burn their beans and it shows. Give me Folgers, MJB, Yuban, or regular coffee. If Starbucks is so good, why put all that girly foo-foo stuff in it?

There's only one way to drink coffee----BLACK no additives, no foo-foo flavors. When I made coffee in the Chief's mess there was only 2 or 3 other guys that would drink it. The others complained it was too strong.

Like my dad told me...There's only one thing to do with a weak pot of coffee. Dump it out and make a new pot.

He only drinks one cup a day now but that's because he has a cup of espresso. Not a little espresso shot cup but a coffee cup of espresso.

SC how do you roast your own beans? From what I've seen it's done in something that looks like a cross between a furnace and a clothes dryer.

I use 8 o'clock brand whole beans, ground fresh, little sugar, and half and half. 2 cups a day, one at the table and one on the ride to work. Any more than that and it's too many trips to the head. S/T

I use a slightly modified hot air popcorn popper. Nuthin' fancy. If I can do it, anyone can. Wifey won't even let store bought coffee in the house since we started roasting our own.

I like it in all forms. Black, latte, with cream and sugar, it really doesn't matter. Just depends on the mood. I will pay $5.00 for a good cup and don't apologize for it. There isn't anything better than a Starbucks, my laptop, and some big project I need to get through.

sorry kit, didn't mean anything personal, my hunting buddy and my brother both use a french press and they add all kinds of stuff and I ask them if that thing is so good why add stuff.

Blue bottle coffee - If you're in the bay area it's the best stuff around (arguably the best stuff around period). I always take it with cream and sugar.
