We'll keep this thread pinned to the top of the forum for quick reference to helpful bowhunting websites. Please post any websites here that you have found helpful. Thanks.
This is The Bowsite webpage. Pat Lefemine's Bowsite is very helpful in all areas like scouting, biology, gear, active blood tail tutorials. This is a must visit site.

I put togther a gear checklist that people can download and print. This is a general list and no, I don't lug all this around. I check off what I need and put a dash mark by items I don't. The list also covers several types of hunting so that is why so many items.
You'll need Acrobat Reader to read and print this .pdf file gear checklist. You can get Acrobat at
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
The gear list is at

This is a landowner permission slip you and a landowner can fill out to keep while hunting.

Click the link below for an Emergency Alert sheet you can print out and leave on your vehicle, with your family or friends.

I wish I had a nickle for every referral I've made to Jesse's and Steve Jackson's web pages-
http://www.bowjackson.com
Besides the helpful arrow selection, FOC and ballistics charts it has links to just about every Bowhunting site out there.

i really like bowsite! It has alot of information and is very popular. Another good one
is http://www.druryoutdoors.com
they have a message board and stuff and you can even order videos/dvd's off the site. Some famous bowhunters use it like Lee Lakosky, Tiffany Proffant, Steve Stoltz, the Drury Brothers, etc.

Some of you wheelbow users may still use fixed blade broadheads. Here a are a couple of links that give excellent advice on sharpening them.

Bowtube instead of Youtube?!
Yeah there's youtube but if your an avid bow hunter and looking for tips and tricks and watch videos of success with a bow. This is where you want to go.
www.bowtube.com
Everything from kills, scents, sighting, new bows, gear. Usually there's something about what you want to watch. Even exotic kills, deer, turkey, and bears.
It is a fairly new site. So help promote and post your videos!

Downloadable National Forest campfire permits. Take a short easy quiz and you can print the permit off. No more going to a NF station to get your permit.
