D5 Blacktail Photos
Here is a couple photos from last Thursday. I was driving up 88 around the 4000 foot level and spotted this guy just off the hiway. I stopped down the road a piece and was able to sneek back and get a couple shots before he vanished into the woods. There was a ton of traffic and I don't know why he was hanging so close to the road. Hope he does not get hit.

There are some monsters out in your neck of the woods. Amador county holds some very impressive deer....and mountain lions too!
