Default Badlands Warranty

I have been toying with the idea of sending my 10 year old 2200 back to Badlands to fix up. It has several holes, broken zippers, buckles, etc. I also want them to make to waist belt tighter. Does anyone know how long it will take? I want my pack back by February for shed season. Also I know I have to pay the shipping, but how do I go about paying for the return shipping? Thanks in advance.

What you will need to do is call them up and get a work order number or something like that. They will want a good description of what you need/want fixed and they will do the work free of charge. While you are on the phone with them they can tell you how to pay for the return shipping. I have sent a pack in to get some work done and it was back to me in a couple weeks. I am sure this depends on time of year and such but they have always been pretty quick about things. You should have plenty of time before shed season.

The best customer service you will ever get is from Badlands. They are beyond good customer service.

Got them back less than two weeks after I sent them. They fixed everything I asked and more(new zippers, buckles, adjusted waist belt). Best customer service ever!
