Reminds me of a post card titeled "designated driver" Picture is of a hores with dog in saddle with rains in mouth and drunk cowboy on back. Here in CA you get a regular dUI for that don't you? CA really needs money and will take it where ever they can. B.S. in my opinion.

Where I'm from; when you get on horse liquored up, they call that switching to auto-pilot. Rumor has it, many a cowboy have made home from the Saddle Sore Saloon and cant remember how they got there. I'm just hypothetically speaking of course.

Just curious but if a buddy throws my drunk behind on his back and carries me home who gets the ticket?

First of all, my buddies horse better have a broken leg and be in the middle of "Tim Buck Two" before I let his drunk a$$ get on the back of my horse and spoon me. Seeing two guys on the back of a horse is like seeing two guys riding a Harley. "Ain't Gonna Happen"! 
P.S. If any of you guys do try doing this, be prepared for the "Brokeback" jokes to come pouring in!
