JHO Pro Staff is scheduled to make a big appearance this year. I (Lan-Lord) will be there. Our JHO founder Jesse (spectr17) will be there. Our Pro Staff Editor and Administrator Phillip Loughlin (Speckmisser) will be on hand. Pro Staffer and gun aficionado Andy Moe (AMMOe) is going to be browsing the latest and greatest from the gun manufacturers and sharing the love that he finds. Our Pro Staff Member covering the women's perspective of the outdoors, Heather Reddemann (HeatherR) will be there, bringing our outdoors-women some justice and sharing the good news that she finds. Also our Pro Staffer Xavier Limon (El Cazador) along with Pro Staffer and archery guru Brian Kirksey (in2blacktail) will be there http://www.jesseshunting.com/forums/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smiley-dancin-red.gif . We will be covering the newest gear, gadgets, announcements, news, and happenings in the outdoor world, and bringing it to you here in the forums and JHO journal with photos, hands on impressions, demos, and reviews of what we see.
We will all be slinging press badges at the show, so we will be able to snap photos, ask questions, test drive any gear (to a certain extent) and file live reports. So what this means to our JHO community is if there is anything you have heard about, any rumors or mumblings of new products being announced, any thing you want more information about, let us know about it, and we will make a point to visit the vendor, get some hands on time with the product(s), ask questions, and we can get the info hot off the press to you.
If you are a vendor or dealer that will be at SHOT this year, or you have a product that you want some exposure for, speak up here or send the JHO staff an email and we will make a point to shake hands, visit, and get the word out for your product also.
The 2006 SHOT show is THE biggest industry trade show for the hunting and outdoors industry, and all of the vendors will be there showing their stuff, making deals, and trying to get the word out about their product.
I already saw where scr83jp and Ferd Berfull will be there, we should schedule a time to meet up. If anyone else is going to be there, lets get together for lunch so we can place a face with the screen name.
