I have been scouting a lot this winter due to the wild Michigan winter and have found some sweet new spots. ### Most are well off the roads. ###Which is good. ###Problem I have is some of these spots would kill me to carry a 50 lb bag of corn to fill the Pennco feeders I haven't made yet. ###And some of my homemade stands are heavy and cumbersome to carry along with a climbing stick that far. ###
My plan is take a golf cart and modify it to use for carrying out all this stuff into the woods. ###i have a deer cart but it is too big and cumbersome to take on some of the trails. ###Works great for taking out a deer. ###Most of my spots have a two track or wide trail not too far away. ###But no vehicle access (public land).
But a pull behind golf cart would be perfect ###for taking out stands and corn and save a lot of back breaking labor. ###I have it kind of worked out in my head...I'm looking for other's ###ideas too. ###I see these things all the time at garage sales for usually around $2 - $3 and got the idea from a modifed cart used for shooting sporting clays (which is a lot of fun, you need to try it).
