I lost the case for my Gator Gerber 650 a few years ago so I decided to buy another. I wrote Gerber customer service department to ask where to buy a new case. A woman wrote me back stating she would send me a replacment for free!!! That is outstanding in my book because the reference she gave me to buy other accessories I may need has the sheath for 10.00 dollars. I was debating getting another Gerber, but now it is certain I will.

Hey, my Gerber Gator slipped out of it's case while hunting... you don't think they'd send me a replacement knife to go with my case, do you?

About a year ago I called customer service at Gerber and was a little disapointed. I 2003 while skinning my buck in the snow I lost my sheath. They said they no longer made the fixed blade series I had and was out of luck. http://www.jesseshunting.com/forums/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smiley-crying-blue.gif I felt they knife wasn't that old and wish they supported it with parts.
I tried to replace it with an after market generic case, its never the same.
