Any other cops/firemen/etc. been to N.O. yet? I would like to talk about our experiences.

Spent a couple of weeks in Mississippi neve had to go to LA. It is going to take them a while to get back to normal.

I just got back from the N.O. area, Harahan in Jefferson Parish. The cops down there are having a horrible time and I am glad that we were able to give them a few days of rest and relaxation with their families. I wish I could have stayed longer but I have my own family obligations.

To all the cops I encountered, you guys were great dudes. Good luck and be safe!

I was stationed in Biloxi MS (keesler AFB) a couple years ago. My buddy got deployed out there from Luke AFB, AZ for the clean-up/reconstruction. If i was still in the AF i would have been deployed out there too.
