Had some friends over last night for a wild turkey dinner. ###Granted the bird had been in the freezer since spring but it was still great. ###It's one of the few wild game animals that I can't really tell the difference between the wild and domestic animals (except for those chewy things that connect their feet to their bodies). ###

How do most of you cook your birds? ###Same as a domestic Butterball?

Injection Marinade and Deep Fry the whole bird. Nothing like it in the whole world.

Coat the entire bird in Cajun spice and I mean pour it on and fry him in Peanut Oil. ###MMMmmm Good! ###Even converted the nonhunters to "wild meat" --That is until they found some coppercoated #4's.
