I'm doing well on Koke's this year, but have a question for you guys: Has anyone figured out good replacement hooks that hook deep? I hate the damage trebles do to shakers, but love the hold they have on big boys. Thanks.

Note to Moderator: I assumed this belonged in the trout forum, even though they're Salmon, since Koke's and Trout are a shared limit in Ca.

I replace the trebles with single siwash hooks.

Thanks for the tip Farallon, that's exactly what I had in mind. Needlefish style single hook. Should have thought of Gamakatsu first! Thanks again.
