I tried sighting in my new scope on my model 94 RWS, but the mount keeps working loose. It has a 3/8" groove with scope stop, but the recoil seems to always work the mount loose. Any help! Redlance

Not a really technical answer, but it worked with my .280 Remington recoil. I used a liberal amount of Loctite and nothing has moved since. There are different "flavors" of Loctite, from "small screw" locker that you could bust loose with a little muscle to "secures gears" which will only come off with lots of heat or a 50-ton press. Good luck.

Make sure your screws in the stock are tight, and try some red
Loctite!!!!

Most air rifle users suggest using the Blue Loctite rather then the Red because the blue is easier to break loose. The Red is almost a permanent fix it takes extreme effort and heat to loosen up the Red variety. On a scope mount blue should do it, espeically if you ever decided to upgrade or replace the scope mounts.
Red if you never ever want to remove the mounts evers
