Looking for a plinking air rifle about 90 percent of the time and pest control on pigeons and rats the rest, ranges to 25yd most. Looking to spend $100 or less. Will the Tech Force Air guns fill the bill.? Redlance

I don't think you have much of a choice with $100 bucks.
Wait for a gun show, you can find them there even cheaper then

Compasseso Inc has a sales on now and I hear that the pre-Xmas and Post Xmas sales will be even better. They presently have the TF97 900 in .177 and 700fps in .22 for $79.99, they have TF41 800fps for $39.99, TF88 $88 800fps, TF25 1000 .177 and 800fps in .22, They have the TF36 900fps in .177 for $39.99 all of these rifles will fill your bill. Not to mention there close out $96 for a R9 clone the B20 this really a nice gun it has a copy of the Rekord trigger sweet. You can but these rifles right now or wait for the pre/post Xmas sales.

I have 4 of the pre-mentioned AR as they are reasonable priced and accuarate out to 75 yards some of them. And the B20 is just a sweet piece it may end your search for another rifle it more then what you want but ist $96.
