Where is everyone

I know more fisherman are out there. Lets keep this forum alive it seems dull and dead. Doesnt anybody have any recent catfishing stories? I mean post something so we can atleast know if they are still biting or not. Since the cold season is coming and we all know catfish go lethargic.

I haven't been out but once this year. I will try and post the picture of the cat one of my wifes friends caught Sunday at Lake Skinner.

Hey Jdc it seems that many people are not reporting because there probably awaiting hunting openers like quail and waterfowl. I went out two weeks ago and had a lot of fun. I caught a nice 5 pounder and some other 2 pound catfish. Pretty fun if you are waiting for the hunting to start again.

Normally starting late spring my wife and I fish at least twice a month until hunting season starts. This year for some reason that didn't happen. We HAVE to get back out.. One trip for 60 bucks worth of fishing licenses is stupid.

yeah it is stupid in a way but by buying a fishing license you can always know that atleast you bought it and have the thought you might get achance to go out there if theres a chance. If you dont have it when you want to go fishing you are going to have to buy it and this will only more interfere with the thought of getting out there sooner.
