Bear Permit Applications: In a 9/10/04 letter from F&W Director Martin McHugh to F&G Council Chairman Ellis, Director McHugh stated that the bear permit applications would not be released until the Game Code has been published in the Register. This would not be until after the September 30th deadline. This is DEP Commissioner Bradley Campbell's way of illegally obstructing the 2004 bear hunt. This is not acceptable and therefore copies of the bear permit application are again available from this website. TNUSA NJ does not guarantee the validity or legality of this application.
On 9/14 the Fish and Game Council voted to accept all applications that they receive. Permit Applications must be postmarked by 9/30.
