What's the difference in hunting a predator and say for expample a deer, besides the obvious being 2 different animals. Is it that predators are smarter or something?

Assuming normal hunting methods:

You hunt deer.

Predators hunt *you*.

### This happaned to me this year during bow season.
I went to check on my buddie around 1:00.He was in his climbing stand about 15 feet up.I went past his stand a little, seen something at bottom of ridge. As I
was looking around my buddie shoots his bow and scared the crap out of me.When I ask him what the
heck he was doing? He said you didn't see it?Well it was a coyote and was about 25 yards behind me and I never heard or seen it.If my bud wasn't with me I know I would have been in trouble. When he got down he told me that it had followed my ever step all the way down to his stand. It was tick infested
and weighed 50 pounds I guess.You can't carry agun
when bow hunting here in Tn,makes one a little spooked.Well to finish this never ending story I guess if the good lord decides it my time to go,I
hope its were I love to be in the woods.
