Spilled Pig Blood Causes Mess On German Autobahn

BREMEN, Germany -- Part of the German autobahn looked like something out of a horror movie.
A truck carrying 9,000 gallons of pig's blood spilled its entire cargo on the highway Wednesday after it was rear-ended. Authorities had to close the highway for a few hours.
The truck had been hauling the waste blood from the Netherlands for disposal.
The spilled blood formed a big slick that caused another truck to crash. Resulting traffic jams stretched for miles.
