I have decided to get a 243 I think. My next question is should I get a remington 243 or a winchester WSSM coyote. What would be the best rifle. I getting it for mostly coyotes, cats, and foxes but also as a back up deer gun for the little ones. Does anyone have any input on these guns. What would be the best buy as far as weight, velocity, energy, and groups. I reload so I can work up something for either gun. Next would a 243 do to much damage to a bobcat or fox to mount.
Thanks for the input

Word on the street is that they're having problems with the 243 WSSM both being a barrel burner and feeding problems. I'd stick with the proven .243. As far as rifles go with the Remy.

yeah I would stick with the 243. If you want soomething a little faster or just different go with the 240 weatherby, or lazzironi makes a 240 as well.

Ditto Lone Wolf 100%....And probably with a standard sporter weight barrel. Only because of younger folks using it and deer being included. If not for the deer and smaller people I'd go with the heavy varmint barrel. Butttttttttttt....

Ammo for the Lazzeroni will put you in the poor house.
