Anybody hunt Butte Valley,Meiss Lake

Hey is there anybody that hunted Butte Valley Wildlife Area thats around meiss lake? I would like to share some info

hunted it for several years, no water now though. Whats up?

Yes I have hunted there several times and found it to be a real good place to hunt both for ducks and geese. ###Also they have a junior pheasant hunt in Sept. I believe and we had a great time with my son on that hunt. ###Meiss Lake can be a little competitive at times early in the season but there is a lot of room. ###Seemes like most people hunt up Prather Creek or something like that its on the South end of the lake and does have good mallard shooting at times.
