I was looking around the Fish and Game Comission Agenda section and saw that there are a couple of interesting changes purposed for the Upper Butte Basin hunt areas. ###One is to eliminate the use of bikes during waterfowl season. ###The other is to eliminate the dropping off of people between parking lots at the areas. ###I know the Feds did this at their hunt areas ###in the Sacramento NWR complex but hadn't seen it implemented on the State level. ###Also they are purposing to eliminate the 25 shell rule for the post season ###junior hunts at Volta, and Los Banos I believe
