Norton allows water to flow in K-Falls

Todays Klamath Falls Herald and News Reports that Interiors Secretary Gale Norton is allowing 70,000 to 75,00 acre feet of water to be released from Upper Klamath Lake.
A little late for the farmers but mayby the birds around Tule Lake can use it.
