My small pond put out a grand total of 5 ducklings this year. They made a rather sloppy flight across the field last night. It was a beautiful,yet very proud sight. With all the water wars, its nice to see a ray of hope for our birds. Does anybody else have any success stories about their late season hatches? They just barely made it over the treeline before thyey had to set the landing gear. Talk about neat!
