I have used the same mallard call for years and years and years. ###I want to buy a new one - less than $100. ###Any ideas?

Opinions on calls will vary greatly on this, but my choice has always beed a single reed Iverson. I blow the cocobolo, and paid @ 80 bucks. J.J> Lares also makes a great call, but I like the raspiness of the Iverson.

I use several calls and although I prefer the sound of the Haydel calls, my Iverson always seems to pull the birds in better. ###Haydel's red leg works good for close in work...

Do whitetail grunts/bleets work the same for muleys or do you need species-specific calls?? ###I've never deer hunted before and plan on it next season, but I'd like to gather as much info as I can. ###Can anyone recommend brands? ###Thanks
